Donation-based park yoga and arts & crafts event happening on Friday, June 28th from 6-7:30 pm.
Suggested Donation: $20-$40
Bring your yoga mat and blankets, and immerse yourself in an all-level yoga class followed by a mini sound bath!
Afterward, unleash your creativity under the trees with provided paper, markers, and colored pencils. Feel free to bring your own craft supplies!! Don't forget to invite friends and family of all ages! Let's build community together through movement, mindfulness, and creativity. See you there!
PARKING: Park anywhere in the parking lot. We will be on the main large grassy spot near the baseball field.

Join Kayla every Wednesday for a healing women's circle.
Each week you will be guided through different exercises that will help you connect with a particular theme. Some examples of themes: connecting with creativity, connecting to the sacral chakra, feminine archetypes, connecting to intuition, manifesting, throat chakra activation, and much more!
Each Wednesday circle will be different so you can expect to try a variety of tools to help you connect to yourself in a deeper way. Some examples of exercises you can expect are breathwork, exploring creativity through art, journaling, visualizations, movement, bonding exercises, vocal toning, and different styles of meditation!
Each woman's circle will end with a relaxing 15-minute sound bath. This is a space where you can be the fullest expression of yourself and be seen, loved, and celebrated by women in your community! These women's circles are meant to be fun, healing, encouraging, and supportive!
