Join Kayla for a tranquil evening. Kayla will guide you through a soothing visualization meditation to quiet your mind in preparation for a relaxing sound bath that will leave you deeply rejuvenated.
Kayla brings a variety of instruments to guide you through your journey of sound. She includes drums, flutes, crystal bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, and a rain stick.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can find parking and settle in. We will begin promptly at 5:30pm.
