Central Valley Friends! I am hosting this pop-up workshop while I visit my family. I am so happy to return and share a beautiful healing evening in my hometown studio.

Join me for Cacao, Breathwork & Sound, an immersive healing experience designed to help you break through what’s been holding you back. The evening begins with guided journaling to reflect on obstacles in your path, followed by a heart-opening meditation with ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from Peru. From there, Kayla will lead you through a powerful breathwork session to release stagnant energy and invite deep healing. To close, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, featuring both traditional Peruvian instruments and crystal sound bowls.

Paper and pens will be provided for journaling, but feel free to bring your own journal if you prefer. 

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and bring water. Join us for an evening of deep healing, connection, and renewal. If you do not owna yoga mat, you can borrow one from the studio.
