Bring your journal or a pen and paper to write out your dreams, intentions, or goals. Dream big!

✨ Guided Meditation with Cacao
Sip on heartwarming cacao as we guide you through a meditation to center your mind and open your heart.

✨ Sound Bath & Reiki
Lay down, relax, and let the soothing sounds of the sound bath carry you on a journey of peace and renewal. Jessica will offer reiki, while Kayla and Stephanie play relaxing instruments to elevate your experience.

✨ Closing Sharing Circle
After the sound bath, we’ll share our experience with the group. Make new friends!
