If you often find yourself in a nurturing role, this is your chance to simply receive. For once, let yourself be fully supported—we’ll take care of everything! It’s like a weekend-long massage for your mind, body, and heart.
Why Women’s Retreat?
I host women’s retreats because I believe in the deep, transformative power of sisterhood. As women, we share an unspoken connection—moving through the cyclical phases of life as daughters, sisters, lovers, mothers, and grandmothers. Though we may come from different backgrounds, there is a shared experience in being a woman in this world. These retreats are a space to break free from competition, comparison, and the pressures placed upon us, and instead, step into unconditional support, connection, and love.
We also share the rhythms of our bodies, moving through the sacred initiations of menstruation, monthly cycles, perimenopause, and menopause. These natural transitions connect us across generations, reminding us of our innate wisdom and resilience.
So often, we take on the role of caregiver—whether for our families, partners, or communities—yet rarely do we allow ourselves to be cared for. This is an invitation to receive, to be nurtured, and to reconnect with yourself. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the magic that happens when women come together in a sacred space. Vulnerability deepens, guards come down, and true healing begins. These retreats are more than just an escape; they are a homecoming—to yourself, to your power, and to the unwavering strength found in sisterhood.
What’s Included:
Daily yoga (styles include: restore, vinyasa, gentle)
Daily guided meditation & journaling

Three meals a day + dessert (all 95% organic)
All food is made with avocado or olive oil.

Alcohol and or recreational drugs. This is an alcohol and recreational drug-free retreat. We kindly ask that you do not bring or consume alcohol or recreational drugs during the retreat. This retreat is a beautiful reset to your entire system!
