Join Kayla for a weekend of self-care! Your days will be filled with gentle yoga, guided meditation, journaling, creativity, nature, and delicious freshly prepared vegetarian food!

In a culture where we are expected to go go go, I think it’s important to carve time to rest and just be. You will have free time during the retreat to lounge with your retreat buddies or get in some solo you-time.
