Breathwork

Kayla will facilitate a potent style of breathwork that allows one to heal, process, and clear trauma, stress, anxiety, and unprocessed emotions. This powerful breathwork also releases toxins from the bloodstream and tissues, boosts the immune system, increases mental clarity, improves digestion, and creates new neural pathways in the brain. This is why it is common to have AHA moments and breakthroughs during the practice! These are just some of the many benefits of this transformation style of breathwork! Kayla will begin the event with a detailed explanation of the breathwork style and what to expect. The breathwork will last 25-35 minutes in total. The session will conclude with a meditative integration period and an optional sharing circle where everyone is encouraged to share their experience with the group.
