Dive into mindfulness meditation and light breathwork, then immerse yourself in a rejuvenating sound bath with Reiki.
We have a variety of instruments including crystal sound bowls, Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, rain sticks, ocean drums, buffalo drums, tongue drums, and more! While you enjoy the outdoor sound journey, one of our facilitators will give reiki and use tuning forks to balance your energy systems!
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, and a pillow. Get cozy!
